C10 Fire is searching for a Service Sales Rep in the area of Fire Alarm/Life Safety (FLS) and Access Control/Security (ACS). The sales effort focuses on both new opportunities directly to end-user customers and sales/service & maintenance contracts to our existing customer base.

• Sell FLS & ACS services & maintenance agreements to include UL monitoring and annual inspection & testing.
• Grow & Expand C10 Fire's market share in targeted sectors.
• Tracking, Reporting, & Achievement of assigned Quotas.
• Coordinate efforts with Sales, Operations, & Service teams to meet sales and market growth objectives.

CAD OPERATOR I

C10 Fire has a new position open for a CAD Operator I. The responsibilities include implementation of design and layout of our Fire Alarm/Life Safety (FLS) systems via shop drawings produced in BlueBeam CAD & AutoCAD. This is a team position with oversight by our FLS applications engineer.

• CAD design & layout of Fire Alarm & Life Safety Systems in BlueBeam & AutoCAD.
• Creation & transmittal of all Project submittals & related documents.
• Uploading of Drawings & Submittals to State & Local Permit Centers.
• Tracking of Permit Status to Approval.
• Working with Field Staff to document As-Built conditions at project closeout.
• Administrative Support to the Estimating & Engineering teams for the life-cycle of a Project.

ESTIMATOR

C10 Fire is seeking an ideal applicant to fulfill an Estimating role on the sales team for our Fire Alarm & Life Safety (FLS) offerings and adjacent Systems. The estimator is responsible for customer relationships, identifying opportunities in our target vertical markets, accurately estimating and submitting timely bids, and related tasks.

• Identify & qualify bid opportunities consistent with C10 targets.
• Use of BlueBeam & custom spreadsheets to create complete take-offs from project bid documents.
• Develop comprehensive scope letter with inclusions & exclusions using C10 templates.
• Produce & submit accurate and timely estimates that meet sales and margin objectives.
• Proactively meet all time sensitive deadlines throughout the estimating cycle.
• Develop & maintain customer relationships and provide consistent follow-up for bid results to achieve project award goals.
